We purchased this machine based on reputation of Bosch. It takes hours to complete a wash cycle and I have been very disappointed with the cleanliness of the items upon completion. We purchased this machine (Bosch NEXXT Washer - 100) about a year ago and have had many problems with it. There is always an odor in the machine even though we have changed detergents, left the door open, run through bleach washes and white vinegar washes and run a dehumidifier next to the unit.
The compartments where you pour the detergent and fabric softener get moldy after a day or two. I have to remove the compartment and bring it upstairs to wash on a regular basis.
The unit takes a VERY long time to run a load through at times for no particular reason. It can be a small, lightly soiled...
