This mixer packs a lot of power and energy into itself. It's perfect for making a big batch of bread dough, because it has the strength and power necessary to thoroughly knead a huge amount of dough like that. You have to be careful using this machine just because it's so powerful. Sometimes it even rocks around when it's kneading my bread dough, so I have to make sure I'm nearby to make sure it doesn't rock itself off of the kitchen counter. If you don't want to have to knead something like bread dough by hand, this machine will knead your dough perfectly for you. All you have to do is put everything in it, and turn it on! The one thing I don't quite like is how the clear, plastic cover doesn't always keep liquids in when you're mixing something up. You kind of have to watch it and make sure you don't put it at too high of a speed when you're pouring liquids in. My only other complaint is that it's sometimes hard to clean, because dough can easily get trapped in the little crevices and openings near where you place the mixer attachment piece in. It comes with several different attachments, which is nice. I don't use this for mixing something like cookie dough, because it's simply too powerful for that and tends to beat the life out of the cookie dough. Definitely recommended for heavier duty baking projects, like bread making! Safety Rocks around too much. Ease of Cleaning Dough tends to get stuck in crevices. Durability Has been lasting me a long time!

If anyone is looking for a DURABLE, well functioning food processor, the BOSCH is for you! Power The power if remarkable! I have had my Bosch for at least 10 years and have never had a problem with it! Safety I have found no reason that this product is unsafe. Everything has to fit properly for it to work. If you leave the lid off and are silly enough to put your hand in the bowl while it is kneading or mixing, then you will have an injury. Thankfully, most would not do that. There is a lid that you can use while running the machine. Ease of Assembly The directions are on my Bosch in picture form. It shows how to attach each piece. Sometimes it takes a minute to get the dough hook on properly though. Ease of Cleaning The only reason I give this a five for cleaning is because when I make bread, the dough gets in the nooks and crannies of the bowl. The hardest part is getting the dough out of the center of the bowl because it goes down into the inside/middle. I just squirt water into it until it comes out. Durability This only happened once, but one time the machine was on kneading dough. It was too close to the edge of the counter and wobbled onto my brick floor. I about died!!! Thankfully, it was fine and still is!

I've had my Bosch for over 10 years, and it has seen lots of use! This is a very sturdy, heavy duty appliance that will stand up to a lot of use. It's great for many different things, but my favorite thing to use it for is to make homemade whole wheat bread. This Bosch mixer can make up to six loaves of bread at a time which is a great time saver for large families or busy people! The dough hook works great for mixing up large or small batch of dough for bread or cinnamon rolls, but that's not the only attachment that comes with the mixer. You will also receive beaters with your Bosch for those times when you want to mix up cookies, or beat egg whites, or make cheesecake. You can do just about anything with this Bosch mixer, and we have been very pleased with ours! Another thing I love about this mixer is that it also has a place for a blender! No need for two separate appliances here! The blender works great as well, and is very handy to have along side of the mixer.

I would never buy another brand of food processor. This Bosch is high quality, easy to use, and ideally multi-functional. Power The food processor and the blender are both very powerful. A few pulses are all I ever need when using this tool to chop food. Safety This has to be the safest tool, with a blade, in my kitchen. Naturally, care must be taken when washing the blades. However, the processor won't work unless the lid and bowl are securely fastened. This was frustrated at first (I thought it was defective), but then I realized that I hadn't locked it in place. Now, it's great! Ease of Assembly It goes together simply. It's really quite self-explanatory (although, there are instructions that accompany the product). Just make sure that you hear it lock into place. Ease of Cleaning The plastic is high quality, so it washes easily and extremely well. It comes apart easily for quick cleaning. Durability I've had this food processor for a little while now, and I've used it frequently. However, it still looks brand new, and it runs just as smoothly as the day I got it.
