We bought this about a year ago when moving into our new home. I would rate it good, not great, and a pretty good deal for the cost. It looks fantastic, and the inner tub is made of high quality material. It has an awesome sanitize option that while adding a bunch of time to the washing, gives us a good peace of mind, especially with baby bottles. It is very quiet, which we love and beeps when the machine is done, and the beep is audible throughout the home, but is not too loud.

When I moved into my house several years ago the Bosch Integra 500 came with it. This dishwasher is very well built. It's a very stylish machine and blends in well with my other appliances. This dishwasher does a excellent job of cleaning every single shape of dish I have extremely well. I don't even have to rinse the dishes off before putting them into the washer. Actually I would recommend not rinsing because apparently it cleans dishes better when more particles are left behind. Loading dishes appears to be a daunting task at first, but once you just focus on one area at a time it's fairly simple. One of the things that caught my attention is that this dishwasher is extremely quiet. I initially thought it didn't work because it was so quiet. If there wasn't a light on the washer indicating it's in use I would have no idea it's washing unless I opened the door. I would recommend the Bosch Integra 500 to anyone looking for a dishwasher, but sadly this machines is discontinued so it might be hard to find.

I have owned my Bosch for a little under a month now and am so impressed and thrilled with my purchase.  A replacement for a cheap older Kenmore model, we did a lot of research and searching before settling with our Bosch.  On high recommendation from my mother and my aunt, we found we agreed with their opinions of this machine.  Stainless inside and out, it is a sharp looking unit.  No heating coil to melt plastic, this machine is safe to wash plastic dishes on the bottom rack, as well as baby bottles and toys with no worries.  Sprayers are strong and remove food well.  While I do not leave chunks of food on my plates, neither do I scrub them clean before putting them in the dishwasher.  I have yet to pull a dish out that has food remains left on it.  Some mosture is left on the dishes when the cycle is clean, due to the stainless interior that holds in heat so well that steam condensation cannot dissolve - not a big enough problem for me to dislike it.  So quiet, I don't know it is on unless i hear the drain in the sink.  I love this machine!

The Bosch SHX45P05UC Built-In Dishwasher has been in this house for about a year or two I guess. It has Good Quality and has lasted a LONG time. It is pretty quiet and has 4 different washing modes -Quick Wash -Pot Scrubber -Regular Wash -Auto Wash It also has a Cycle Countdown and Optional beeping when the cycle is done. The plastic attachments on the dishwasher's top rack unattached sometimes. It has a removable silverware compartment. They could have made a better drain though. Its pretty bad in my eyes. I have to clean out the excess food from all the plates, so it would be better if they could have made it bigger or something. i rate the Bosch SHX45P05UC Built-In Dishwasher 4 out of 5 stars because i know they could have made it better.

We wanted to buy somthing very sleek and quiet while in operation and zeroed in to this Bosch Integra 500 SHX45P05UC one of a kind bet dishwaher. He is extremelly well in cleaning if you use right amount and good quality of detergent with higher end dry agent. We loved this beucase it did not have heated drying cycle which actually helps in keeping your electricity bill low. This stainless-stell dishwasher hsa mutliple colors but we went for white matching with out kitchen furniture. It has really good reliability ratings. I prefer to go for a little expensive but reliable appliance rather than lesser quality to save some chunks. This dishwaher is still running as per our expectation so I would suggest if you are in the market for dishwasher definitely expolore this option. Although only one negative is, there is no food disposer.

I cannot sing the praises of the Bosch dishwasher enough! It is well-made and looks great (sleek, stainless steel, and modern design that is a wonderful addition to any kitchen.) This dishwasher is SUCH an improvement on my old one, and I will never ever go back to any other brand than Bosch when it comes to dishwashers. It cleans my dishes beautifullly (I don't even need to rinse them off before loading) and is quick and efficient. But, the best part about this Bosch dishwasher? IT IS ABSOLUTELY, 100% SILENT. This dishwasher is so quiet that half of the time I forget that I even have it turned on! And that is the best thing that a dishwasher can be! I LOVE it! Smooth, efficient, and extremely quiet are the qualities that make this dishwasher by Bosch a must-have!

I seriously don't know how I used to wash dishes manually before. I completely LOVE my Bosch SHX45P05UC dishwasher and I wouldn't trade it for anything. This dishwasher is very spacious. The racks haver different adjustable levels for those taller items. The top rack for the cups/plates has various configurations for the types of items I am washing. It comes with two utensil holder options: one for tons of utensils, another for just a few. After loading all my super dirty dishes in, I load the soap, which is far too easy, and push the on button and I am ready to go. Two hours later (I do the super clean wash) my dishes come out cleaner than I could ever get them. No water spots, no caked on food, NADA. Did I mention that I DO NOT pre-rinse my dishes in the sink? Yup, this dishwasher is THAT GOOD. PLUS it is SUPER quiet. Sometimes I forget it is on, and then suddenly I hear a beep indicating that it is done. I have recommended this brand and type of washer to friends and they couldn't be happier also.

So, this dishwasher doesn't exactly clean as well as some other dishwashers. However, it does an acceptable job that I am willing to live with simply because it is so quiet. I cannot tell you how many guests are amazed that my dishwasher is running when it is! I like the ease in loading dirty dishes. The racks and posts are spaced very nicely. My mistake was not getting the brushed chrome. I believe the almond color I did buy makes my dishwasher appear a bit dated! The inside of my dishwasher always, ALWAYS looks sparkling clean! I am always amazed at how nice it looks after I am finshed unloading all the dishes. It makes me very proud. I do always have to use a rinse aid to keep water spots off of my glasses.

I really like this dishwasher because it is so quiet I can't believe it. Unfortunately our refrigerator makes up for th difference ( not a Bosch by the way) We had one of these that was many years old and bought a replacement and really like it . It was so easy to install that my husband was able to do it ,although I would recommend a professional for safety reasons. It is super quiet, you can barely hear it is on and also cleans the dishes well. I would recommend a name brand dishwasher detergent as I found that some detergents like the store brand ones do not work as well. I like the look of this dishwasher as well. We purchased it in the white color and are very happy with how it cleans up on the outside and how it performs on the inside. We are a repeat customer and again very happy with it. I do remember the price being a little steep, but we wanted the peacefullness of it.Hopefully will last us another 10 years.

Okay, so our really old Whirlpool dishwasher finally died, we did a bit of research online for dishwashers and I really wanted a KitchenAid one. My husband said everyone he works with has Bosch dishwashers and says they are simply the best, so we go with personal reviews. BAD IDEA! This is the worst, most annoying dishwasher ever. I'll let it have one star for being so quiet, but does that really matter when it isn't doing what it was made to do? Wash dishes! I hate getting a "clean" load out and finding lots of dried food so stuck onto the dishes I can hardly get it off, the top rack NEVER dries, and silverware, don't get me started on how badly caked with food they still are. I've had to basically wash my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. I use lots of the jet dry stuff, lemishine (because we are on well water) and Cascade powder or Electrasol powder, just so you know what I might be doing wrong. Ugh! I'm anxiously awaiting the day it dies.
