This is in my opinion the best mixer on the market and worth every penny. I sold my kitchen aid mixer and accessories to help purchase my Bosch. It may not be the prettiest mixer on the market, but this gem works hard and never skips a beat. It can knead up to 6 loaves of bread at one time resulting in gorgeous loaves, even using 100% whole wheat flower without a bit of strain. The bowl is generous in size allowing this large amount of mixing at one time. I also have the food processor attachment which will cut a mountain of French fries as fast as you can feed them into the processor. I do recommend the cookie paddle if you plan to mix heavier items like cookie doughs. It whips up delicate items like cake mix to heavy jobs like mixing meatloaf, meatballs and cookie dough with ease. When I used my Kitchen Aid for the heavier jobs like kneading bread, it got warm and sounded strained, while the Bosch does these jobs with ease. The only small downside is that the center mixing bar makes clean up a little more of a task, but the bowl is dishwasher safe, so most of the time mine goes into the dishwasher for cleaning. I highly recommend this mixer.

I love this mixer!!! I previously owned a kitchenaid mixer which I loved and used all the time. Then I got my Bosch and it is night and day different. Much better, sturdier, more versatile, more powerful, larger capacity. I will never go back. I love how I can mix up 4-5 loaves of bread at one time. Several batches of cookie dough at one mixing. I love the clean-up of it too!! So easy! Mixing Performance It mixes so effortlessly. I do have to stir it to the bottom a couple times or I have dry mix at the bottom when I dump out. It isn't a problem to me though. Ease of Cleaning I don't recommend putting the metal top that the beaters pop into in the dishwasher. Mine turned a dingy color and gray film rubbed off of it. The bowl and beaters do very well in the dishwasher. Ease of Use Extremely easy to use. The owners manual explains things very well. Once you know how to use everything you don't have to keep looking it up. Design Good design. Would be even better if the beaters could mix everything so I didn't have to stir in between. Durability This is a very sturdy, powerful appliance. I would buy other products with the Bosch name. I have had no problems with the durability what so ever.
