Most HelpfulI ordered a book from Borders as a gift for a new son-in-law stationed in Germany. He has an APO. Borders says that they mail to APO's. It got hung up in New Jersey for over a month. read full review »I really love Borders! I'm still into stepping into an actual bookstore to purchase an actual book (none of that Kindle stuff for me!) and Borders never fails to provide a bright, friendly, shopping experience. I'm almost always greated by an employee when I enter the store, and I've rarely had trouble finding someone to help me when I need it.
The drawback for me is that it seems like every time I go into my local store, they've moved EVERYTHING around and I have to hunt around for the section I'm looking for.
I hear they'll have free Wi-Fi in all stores soon, too!
I love my nearby Borders. The staff are very helpful and friendly. In addition, Borders has the best coupons around. They get emailed to you. Borders is so much better than that other chain bookstore that makes you pay $25 for a membership card. I have saved a lot more money with my FREE membership card to Borders. I also love the atmosphere at Borders. It is very mellow and comforting.
