I love the bold flavors of Mexican food and these flavors are captured at Border Grill at Mandalay Bay. With two floors of patio dining, this hip, urban cantina is the perfect setting for sipping margaritas and savoring a menu of the bold flavors of Mexico while enjoying views of the beach and pool. The flavors are spicy and created by Food Network chefs of "Too Hot Tamales". I love that the menu features a wide variety of Mexican favorites and lots of vegetarian options. For starters try the empanadas or the shrimp ceviche. Entrees include Chicken Poblano Enchaladas and Grilled Skirt Steak. I love the Grilled Vegetable Burrito which has lots of flavor and just the right amount of spice. For dessert enjoy the Tres Leches or traditional Flan which is a creamy custard topped with sweet caramel. The service at this restaurant is great and they will make your order the way you like it. The prices are reasonable and it is a very relaxed setting for some lively food.
