The original 82 minute theatrical version of Borat was rude, crude, full of sophmoric and scatological humor, not for the easily offended.  On the surface it's a elaborate Candid Camera/ Punk'd gimmick film.   But there's much much more to this.

If you are easily offended and don't enjoy crude or vulgar humor, I would not recommend this movie! Borat pushes the buttons of anyone and everyone, and he enjoys it. The first time I saw this movie, I had no idea what I was in for. My ex dragged me into the theaters to watch this, and I'm glad he did! This movie had me crying because I was laughing so hard! I have to admit that some scenes made me anxious, but it was well worth it. I can very well see why some people might be offended by this movie or disgusted because it is definitely over the edge. This is one of those rare movies that will make you laugh so hard, you'll pee!! This movie does take a certain sense of humor to enjoy though. If you're a lover of potty humor and juvinile gags (like myself), and not offended by cursing, nudity and anything else generally considered offensive....this is right up your alley!!!

I'll have to say, for myself at least, this is also a HIGHLY QUOTABLE movie!! It just never gets old!! I cant tell you how many times I have watched this movie, and I just keep laughing.

I'm a ball buster and have a great sense of humor but yet, I didn't laugh once during this movie.  This movie was retched!  I'm so glad I rented it first before wasting my money on buying it.  My husband only made it 15 minutes into the movie and left the room.

I love crude humor but this movie stunk!  It was stupid.  The concept of it was just idiotic.  It didn't even fit one of those "it's so stupid, it's funny" movies. 

It's already on the shelf at the local thrift store next to Brittany Spears and Backstreet Boys for 2.99.   Need I say more....

This one you don't have to waste your time on!  I was looking so forward to watching this as there were so many fabulous reviews...what a disappointment too!  Ready to sit and be entertained instead I was NOT IMPRESSED!  Some cute lines make you laugh but all in all, just a waste of time!  Vulgar, just plain vulgar at times and not needed for story line...definitely not one the kids need to be in the room either.  WOuld not recommend, very disappointing!

If you don't like crude humor, you don't want to watch this movie.  But if it doesn't bother you.....OMG!!!!  You will love it!  I was laughing so hard during scenes of this movie, I had to rewind it to see what I missed.  The scene with Borat & his friend fighting completely nude was.......UNBELIEVABLE!  I could NOT believe they were actually showing what I was seeing!  It was outrageous!

The con about this movie is that at times, Borat is really hard to understand.  My husband & I had to help each other understand what he was saying.  And also, if you get offended easily, you will NOT...
