Boppy Pillow Reviews

My Boppy pillow has gotten a lot of use with my two children.  They are great when the babies are little because it helps support them while I'm nursing.  This helps reduce back pain a lot.  They are flexible so they fit around any sized person and work well in the rocking chair.

As the baby grows and is learning to sit the Boppy works great as a support pillow to put around the baby.  When they fall over the pillow is there to break the fall!

The boppy was one product that I did not know about when I had my first child and came to be the thing that I used most often and am still using to this day with my second 8 month old daughter!  It saves your back while breasfeeding and can be used to prop your child up when they are learning to sit and I think it is quite comfortable pillow to use for yourself!

I did not put a Boppy on my baby registry because I didn't think it was necessary. Then a friend of mine who's baby is already a couple of years old gave me one that she didn't really use, it was new with packaging. Of course I didn't hesitate to take it, I am gald I did!

Obviously it is great for breastfeeding, I find it much more comfortable than a pillow because it isn't mushy soft and it lets you bring the baby very close. I got the bobby pillow as a baby shower gift. I didn't have one with my first daughter, but thought I would try it now. I can't believe I didn't have this earlier. At first I thought I would use it exclussively for nursing, but was incredibly surprised to see how much the Boppy Pillow would come in handy!

My 10 year old daughter likes to use it when she is holding her little sister. My husband likes to use when he is cuddling with my daughter on the couch. It works great for both husband and daughter if they are giving the baby a bottle.

I received my Boppy pillow as a gift for one of my baby showers and I can say that it has worked wonderfully for nursing my baby.  The few times I have nursed without the Boppy, it took me too long to get the right adjustment and height on regular pillows for nursing.  It could have been because the Boppy has spoiled me, but that is just what has happened in my case.  If I wasn't using the Boppy pillow while nursing, I would end up bending over so much that my back would hurt during nursing and afterwards.

There are so many ways you can use the Boppy Pillow, breastfeeding,  many different positions can be done with the Boppy. Breastfeeding your child is made easier for the busy mom.  Moms are already tired enough, so anything that makes our life any better, is great.

When the baby is laying down you can put them on the boppy for support. My daughter played better with it, then without it. Tummy time is good for using as a support. Helped mine with using her head muscles. ( never leave baby unattended)...

I used the Boppy Nursing Pillow for two of my three children.  It was very soft and helpful for nursing but not very supportive.  It would often slide off of my lap while I was nursing the baby.  I often had to reposition the baby while he was latched on and that made it difficult to nurse.  The pillow isn't very thick so I still has to lift the baby up to reach my breast and the pillow was a bit obsolete in that respect.  I did not nurse very long but I kept the pillow for my baby to lay on.  When he finished eating I would lay him on the floor on his back and propped his head and shoulders...

As a mother of four children there are many things I have spent money on and regretted. This is not one of them. In fact, when I had my first two children the boppy wasn't on the market yet.
