The Boppy pillow is most useful for tummy-time and teaching your child to sit up, but it is not the best product for nursing. It's too small and rigid. I have found that the Bosom Baby V-shaped pillow is the best product I have ever bought! It's great for nursing, sleeping, cuddling, tummy-time and sitting (available at lunalullaby.com).
