Boppy Luxe Pillow Review

The Bobby Pillow is a great tool and asset to anyone who has recently had a baby.  The Boppy is contoured to present itself in a half moon shape that curves around a little (take a look at photo) in order to serve a dual purpose during use.  The first main use of the Boppy is to go around the waist of someone nursing in order to help hold the baby in place and aid with the whole process.  The second use, is that you can set it up so that the baby can sit in it, leaning up against the back side of the pillow, and be allowed a lot of freedom that they may not be able to get any other way.  It is because of that dual purpose that the Boppy pillow works so well, and why it is such a great product to use.

The Boppy stretches slightly so that it is a one-fits-all type of product, and it does help to nurse the baby.  The trick here, is that it doesn't even have to be used in that fashion to be well worth buying, and that even if you don't need a pillow in the nursing process, the Boppy is still an invaluable tool to the new parent.  By propping the baby up in the pillow after feeding, it prevents the reflux that may happen early on in the baby's feedings.  It also helps to let the baby play by themselves, strengthening muscles, improving coordination, and allowing the baby a lot of the freedom that they might not get while lying down in a crib or cradle.

The Boppy pillow has been a really great tool in our house so far, and it has also been a lot of fun to put in use.  It has helped a lot with the feeding process, has allowed her to see the world from a new vantage point, and has helped her have a little more fun in her very young age.  It has served as a great nursing pillow too, and the nice pink color goes very well with a lot of the outfits that this little one has in her wardrobe.  Machine washable, compatible with several clipcovers, and very affordable, the Boppy has been a great purchase, and one that is recommended to any new parent.
