I knew when I got pregnant with my third child that this time I wanted a Boppy. It seemed like an ingenious idea. However, I found that I only used it for the first three weeks or so. I think the shape could be improved if it were slimmer on one side then on the other, so that the baby's head could be higher up then its bottom. I still love this pillow, though. It works great with another pillow on top of it as a baby prop. It is also comfortable to lie on!
