I really liked my Boppy pillow. I bought one cover and my mom made me a few spares. I have to say that I like the "Nest" pillow that I got from JoAnn's even better, though... it was stuffed more firmly and was a little taller. Both made nursing much more comfortable and were much more comfy for my and my daughter than stacking regular pillows. I liked that I could stand up and support both the pillow and my daughter while I grabbed something and didn't have to rearrange things like with regular pillows. My Boppy survivied a couple of gentle washings in a front loader with a bit of lumpiness that didn't really affect it's use... the cover washed many times very nicely.
