I intended on using this product when I breastfed, but when my son wouldn't take to the breast, I felt I had no uses for this product. BUT I was wrong! My son is learning to hold his bottle himself and this is the perfect pillow to lay him back on while he eats. He is also sitting up by himself now and this pillow wraps around him just perfectly without holding him up completely. He sat in it when he was learning to sit up and it held his balance for him. But now, I just slide it behind him, barely touching his legs, not his back so that if he falls backwards, he won't land on the floor. I didn't like this for tummy time purposes though. I felt like it was too tall for him to lay on during tummy time. But I would definitely recommend this product.
