In my hometown I am able to receive and make phone calls with no problem. However the internet does not work very well unless I am using wifi at home. Sometimes my messages do not send and get error codes and I have to delete contact number and put it back in.

I use Boost Mobile as my phone carrier. It's usually good most of the time. They do have their bad spots so you cant use it but other wise it's pretty good

I have been a BOOST mobile customer for 10 plus years. At first it was hit or miss with their service but now their service is great. I love that I get unlimited everything unlike with the big brand cell phone companies who would charge upwards of 150-200 a month for this service. The phone selection is great now and I have recommended them to numerous friends who now also use BOOST. Hands down best cell phone coompany out there!!!

I bought a Boost phone and phone service plan awhile back because I needed an inexpensive replacement cell phone. The price point was great and I liked that they sometimes ran promos for a free month of service or something. But the service was SO spotty that it was literally unusable when I moved into a semi-rural area. I was there a few months for a work excursion and same day I had to buy a new phone under a different service provider-- that's the other bummer thing is that Boost phones are just for Boost, can't unlock or anything. Overall the hardware's quality was decent, I dropped it a few times and it held up, but their cell coverage was once again, just, inconvenient and mediocre.

Pay for the premium plan, but still so limited. Very bad about throttling. Can't even stream a simple tv show without constant buffering. Reminds me of the early days of dial up internet.

Service used to be great. 8 years with boost mobile. Love the actual phones, definitely reliable. Service isn't great though. I lose data randomly in areas I am every day. Seems like theres always a tower out. Price is a plus but you do get what you pay for.

I always recommend boost to everyone. I have no problems with my service at all and only pay $50 a month for unlimited everything. I run and online boutique so being able to have high speed unlimited data is ideal for me.

Boost is one of the better phone companies. Love there service but the calls going in and out and not getting your call. They need to fix that and I would love to go back to them.

I have been with Boost for 11 plus years. Any issue I've ever had can only be blamed on poor weather conditions. Customer service/support have always been friendly and helpful. But, as with most businesses it's a bit of a challenge connecting to a human for help. I would and do recommend this cellphone company to others.
