I've used Verizon and Tracfone pay-as-you-go plans and by far, Boost Mobile pay-as-you-go is the best service offered of the three.

I have phoned customer service on several occasions, requesting  further information on using the features and also to request technical assistance.   Customer service promptly receives my call, and they are polite and courteous, and very often enthusiastically show that they want to resolve your issue.

Since purchasing my Boost i415 phone  in March of 2006, I have had very few technical issues.  Without exception, every issue was resolved usually within the first call.  I can think of two occasions when I actually did have to phone again regarding the same issue, and both times these issues were received in a professional, courteous manner and they were resolved during my follow-up call.

I own the Boost i415 because it offers a walkie-talkie feature that my husband and I make liberal use of in our travels.  I don't think you can beat the daily pay-as-you-go rate of $1.00 a day per phone - very  reasonably priced!

I'd highly recommend the Boost Mobile pay-as-you-go plan!

The i415 is the best pre-paid phone. I work in a hospital, and get a signal anywhere, even in the bathroom and outside the work area. Tracfones and other pre-paid phones wouldnot work in these places.
