I loved Meyer's Twilight series but was disappointed with The Host. It dragged on and on and on and was too similar to Twilight. It felt like a weird sci-fi version of it but worse. There wasn't very much action. I kept waiting for it to get better or for something to happen but it never did. I couldn't wait for it to be over. And the ending was too easy and really weak.
