Booginhead Universal Pacifier Holder

4

My daughter is not a pacifier lover but she does use them. She throws them a lot or takes it out and plays it with and it often gets lost at home. At home it doesn't really matter to me, we have enough of a supply and we always find them. In public however, its a different story. You don't want to drop a pacifier in a store, doctor's office or any other public floor and then wash it and give it back. For me, if it falls in public its garbage. I bought the Booginhead universal pacifier holder to prevent perfectly new, good pacifiers from becoming garbage. It works great. I had a really hard time figuring out how to take it on and off my baby, but eventually I figured it out and I thought if I can't get it off of her, then she won't be able to and for that fact alone, I was pleased with my purchase. This product comes in attractive colors and patterns. They are subtle enough to match other patterns as well.

works with all pacifer types

My newborn came home from the hospital using Soothie brand pacifiers. They are great pacifiers, but lack the traditional handle that many brands of pacifer holders snap around. Because of this, my husband and I were often on our hands and knees, searching under furniture trying to find the pacifier's landing place after the baby launched it. Thanksfully, those frequent trips to the floor ended when we picked up a BooginHead pacifier holder. The holder works wonderfully with our preferred pacifiers, so that when the baby throws his pacifier, it goes no more than six inches away from him. Wonderful! The Booginhead has a secure clip that latches onto the baby's clothes. We've never had a problem with it coming unclipped. The strap is also very durable and easy to clean. One drawback (which just requires some parental pre-planning to overcome) is that often my baby will fall asleep while sucking on his pacifier. We don't allow him to sleep with the strap attached, so when it's nap or bed time,we have to remember to take the strap off the pacifier first.

One Pacifier Holder That Will Work With All Pacifiers

Our baby was picky about pacifiers, so we tried several brand. The boogin head pacifier was the only leash that fit with all the brands we tried. This is the ONLY brand of pacifier holder that works with Soothies, the pacifier you get in the hospital. I wish we had purchased this leash first, as we have a couple that were unusable when we finally settled on a brand of pacifier that worked for our child.  Having a pacifier holder is extremely useful. It helps prevent pacifier loss. Trust me, these things disappear like you wouldn't believe. And, it can keep the pacifier clean and off the floor. My only complaint about this leash is that you can't take it off without taking the pacifier out of the babies mouth. I would be uncomfortable putting a sleeping baby down with the leash attached, because they can tangle their little arms and hands. So, if my baby falls asleep with this in her mouth, I usually wake her up getting it off. Other leashes that attach with velcro can be removed without removing the pacifier (or waking a sleeping baby).

BooginHead PaciClips are fantastic!

I recieved a BooginHead Universal PaciClip when I had my third child. What I noticed right away was the super cute design on the strap. The strap has a very trendy design and is very wide. I can use this clip when we're going out on daily outings- but it's also dressy enough for nicer occasions, like church. I like the fact that this is a universal clip- other designs have pieces that come off and get lost easily, but the BooginHead fits all types with no extra pieces needed. The metal clasp that attaches to clothes is very sturdy and doesn't damage the clothes. I've yet to even notice an indention on the clothes when I remove this after use. After having my third child, I have been through a number of pacifier holders. The BooginHead is above and beyond the best one I have ever had. They are inexpensive and easy to find too! I am loving all the cute designs offered by BooginHead and plan on getting more for my little girl.

BooginHead works great with my baby's pacifier

I was having a hard time finding a pacifier holder/strap that would fit my daughter's nuk (Gumdrop - the kind you usually get from the hospital).  Either other straps had snaps that wouldn't fit through the tiny hold on my daughter's pacifier, or they were specifically made for a certain type of pacifier.  The BooginHead has a string that you loop through the hole and you are done.  It also comes with a nice metal clip (lined in plastic) to grip onto the baby's clothes.  The clip is nice and strong, I don't see it breaking away, rather it would probably tear the clothes before it let go.  This was a perfect find for us.
