Pros

    intellegent female lead, Always interesting, Smart Humor, Rich Characters, Well-Crafted Plots, Excellent Writing, they get along well on screen

Cons
    This year lost some Zack

Bones is great for everyone.  It's got the romance, comedy, drama and action.  It is one of the best shows ever.  I never miss an episode.
