Bones is a mystery/crime show that has unusual characters with such unique interaction that even a non-mystery/crime buff can enjoy the show. Think "Northern Exposure" meets "CSI." The mysteries and/or crimes get solved (almost always) but the real pull of the show is the interplay between the regular characters. But, you don't have to watch every week to enjoy the characters. Give it a try, it's fun.
