These dumbells are great to use and easy to hold on to.

I used to lift weights then stopped after having kids decided to lose weight again and need something to use in order to get there. I chose these weights because of the vinyl which I felt would be easy for me to hold on to. I got eight pound weights and I love them not hard on my hands or my wrists.
