Boiron makes many, many different homeopathic remedies. I use mostly the ones for cold or flu or similar symptoms.  Roxalia is simple and easy to use. Dissolve 2 tablets in your mouth every two hours to relieve symptoms. Indicates for use for sore throat or hoarseness.  These seem to work quite well though obviously if you have laryngitis it will not magically go away after a dose or two! Rather they aid in alleviating symptoms and remedying the recovering quickly. I love that these are homeopathic especially in regards to my children. I hate putting chemicals and alcohol in their system!  They have almost no flavor, sweet if nothing else. No complaints from my children about taking these or other Boiron products in regards to taste. Like many of the Boiron products, it is not inexpensive to buy but quality products often aren't. Overall a good product which I have continued to purchase and use.
