I've used this product for decades. Perfect example: an RN's kid came over to play with my kids and I couldn't help but notice the huge "goose-egg" on her forehead. I put a little arnica on it and by the time her mom came back (a couple of hours later), it was gone - and no bruise the next day. Arnica works great for bumps. When a toddler bumps themselves (even if they don't need it), a little Arnica (with it's cooling factor), makes it all better. I absolutely can't live without Arnica in the house. Ease of Use You just put a dab on where a bruise may appear (or on the bruise).
