waste of money

Cons
    doesn't involve any cardio, it's a scam, outrageous claims

I tried this for about a month. I felt so stupid doing it. I did it for thirty minutes, three times a week. No results at all. It is just a waste of money.

I feel your pain. I also did this and nothing happened. The breathing was just plain silly too!
