I purchased the Body By Jake's Gravity Force Trainer several years ago during a midnight infomercial. I ordered it with the convenient payment plan and have not been disapointed. Easy to put together and has never needed any maintainence or replacement parts. Everything is based on your own body weight and resistance training, to lose weight, tone and build muscle without the hassles of the dress and travel to and from the gym, the contamination of public gym equipment during flu season or bad whether conditions. It is sleek and fits into your guest room or office decor making your room an all in one gym, office and guest room without taking up excess space. The work out video keeps you on your game and has the diet programs and follow up charts for you to keep track of your progress. There is only one complaint with this piece of equipment. The backrest is sufficient but can be akward at times, and has shown to add excess pressure to the lower back when doing some of the bench press exercises. Overall, however I give this a 4 star rating.
