Put in a movie to watch and do your workout on the cardio crusier.  You will forget that you are working out and before you realize you have spent 30 minutes to an hour exercising.  My wife and I both enjoy using the cardio crusier; in bad weather we do not have to go out of the house to the gym.  I like it in the morning as I watch the news before hitting the shower for work.  Gets my day started right.
