Body Fortress 100% Whey Protein Powder is a great recovery drink after a hard workout. I particularly like the chocolate flavor, but have also tried vanilla and strawberry. I purchased this item a while ago at walmart. GREAT PRODUCT. product tastes very delicious. Body fortress whey protein tastes great and makes you feel reenergized after a hard workout. Thanks Body Fortress!!

I found Body Fortress at Target for about $14 for a 2 pound canister and decided to give it a shot (a change from my regular purchase of EAS Whey Protein which has gone up in price.)  I really like the chocolate flavor the best and it mixes fairly well with just a spoon.  It helps to let it sit for a little bit after you initially mix it and smash down any large clumps.  The colder the water the better.  And, this is more protein per serving than EAS.
