I placed an order in December, seemed easy enough but after 3 weeks without receiving my package I tried checking the tracking # provided. It showed it was shipped via FedEx but it had just been sitting in Texas for 2 weeks. I contacted FedEx, they was unable to help because they had turned it over to USPS as requested by Body Central so I contacted USPS and they couldn't help either since the only tracking # I had was for FedEx. They advised me to contact Body Central to get the USPS tracking #. I called and emailed them numerous times. I never got a response and I always got a recording when I called which never would take me to a real person. That went on for about a week until I finally gave up. I filed a dispute because luckily I paid with PayPal. They didn't respond until February!!! Their customer service is the worst there is and the person I was finally able to talk to was very rude but ha, my package is now being delivered over a month later, they wouldn't give me my money back because I need to get the items first then mail them back to get my refund with less shipping. I think I deserve a full refund since they failed so horribly at sending my order. I am never shopping there again. Customer Service There is no customer service, they don't care about their customers and if your lucky enough to talk to somebody, they speak to you as if your a child and are RUDE!!! Shipping and Returns Took over a month to receive my order!!!!!

If you like trendy styles, if you like to buy the latest clothing, and if you like wearing the latest fashion trends, this site is a good place to find them. The issue comes in the fact that there is limited selection (in terms of colors and sizing), and if you do not wear a size 0, 2, or 4, you are going to find the items extremely limited and hard to find. Upon only offering limited, smaller sizing,their sizes also seem to run smaller than most other brands I have worn. I did find they had quite a bit of selection in the smallest sizes, however I couldn't wear any of these sizes. And, if you aren't extremely tiny, 5'4'' or shorter, you are going to find it is very difficult to find in to the clothing that they sell on this site as well. If not for extremely small sizing, and off sized articles of clothing, this would be a great site to find the latest styles and fashion trends when shopping for new women's fashion clothing online.

Overall Body Central dot com has a lot to choose from at seriously incredible prices. I was recently on a pretty tight budget and I really needed some new work pants. I did some research and came across this particular website. I have to say I was sincerely impressed with the prices. They reviews on the items were go so I was so excited. I got five pairs of dress pants for around fifty dollars. Typically it would cost me fifty dollars for one pair of pants so needless to say I was impressed. The shipping was incredibly slow. I didn't receive my items for almost two weeks. When I did finally get my items they were cheaply made. I wore a pair the next day and the button fell off after wearing the pants for only two hours. When I tried to return the pants they were final sale that I was not aware of. If your shopping on this site be prepared to get what you pay for. Also, read the small print to see if something is final sale.

While surfing sites that reviewed and recommended shopping sites, I came across bodycentral.com and found that it was a clothing site. I went looking for clothes for myself, but found that they only sell women's clothes. However, we have found some good things for my wife on here (both Christmas presents from me as well as things she has ordered for herself). Product Pricing Prices are pretty high to start with, but they do offer good sales that make the deals pretty reasonable. We especially like to use offers like 50% off of clearance, shopping at the end of one season for the next year. I would give them a five for normal pricing, but a nine for sales prices, so I averaged it to seven overall. Shipping and Returns We typically buy when they offer a good shipping deal (such as $4 flat for any order), so it can have good prices. But their regular shipping prices for shipping do seem a bit higher than a lot of other stores have.

I have not personally ordered anything from bodycentral.com in a few year. Before I had my daughter i liked to go out with my friends and this website definitely had the perfect clothes for that. Not only were the clothes super trendy they were super affordable. I was able to buy two or three shirts for the price I would have spent on one shirt in other stores. The clothes I received were usually pretty thin, which a lot of people do not like because they say they will wear out faster, but I loved the this about them. Since they were thin I would not get too hot. The clothing holds up just fine to me. I have not been able to find another store that offers such cute clothing for such affordable prices. I would recommend this website to girls who like to go out to clubs or parties because the clothes are definitely club style. Most of them are not for everyday wear. Body Central is a very special site to me. I love their prices and I love their products as well. The pricing is very fair. The products are up to date with the current trends. The site is quite innovative and has a whole bunch of really nice, stylish trendy items. I absolutely love their high waist jeans. They also have some really cute work appropriate outfits. Their clothing is true to size and doesn't run too large or too small. Their shipping costs are about normal - although I always hate having to pay shipping costs. Their actual shipping process is a little longer than I initially expected but, their communication about your order and status changes are very timely. The actual quality of the clothing is very good for the price paid for them. There honestly isn't much that I don't like about this site. As a matter of fact, the only thing I don't like is paying for shipping charges. Every thing else is great.

This online/magazine retailer is a joke. They offer inexpensive 'nice looking' clothing but when you receive it, it has holes in them and the sizes are all over the place. Trying to return them is next to impossible. You are better off spending your hard earned money elsewhere. I can get better quality clothing at upscale second hand stores than this place. I've never been so disappointed from an online store as this one. And their customer service is terrible. Please don't shop here, it's not worth the aggravation and you will not be satisfied.

I've been a member of BodyCentral.com since September 2013. I love it! I have purchased many items more than once in the past few months and they all have fit well and I have been very satisfied. Their sales are awesome! I once ordered on a flat 2-day shipping, and they delivered it on time. After washing the clothes I've gotten, they have came out the same without any rips or shrinking. I have read many bad reviews over bodycentral but I personally think that they are just awesome! I'm usually a size M, and the crop tops and dresses I have ordered have all fit correctly. Love it, and I highly recommend them!

I love this place! I found out about it through a catalogue I got in the mail (don't know how they got my address or name but am so glad!) and I have made 3 purchases so far. I only had one problem and that was the fact that I ordered something and wasn't told it was sold out which was disappointing. But they have amazing sales and great quality clothes. My best deal so far was a 5 dollar skull dress free shipping and no tax!! Keep in mind the clothes don't run very small. I am very small but usually have to wear at least a size medium at most stores because their clothes run small. But here, all my small sizes have fit. In fact, I ordered a size 5 jeans because I was worried their sizing was tiny and the jeans were actually too big on me. (I am generally a 5) They also have really nice shoes. Highly recommend!
