As an add on to this -- where I could not get back into my account because it showed I no longer had an account, a couple days ago, I got an email saying my next shipment was on the way, and how they valued me as a customer. I jumped on that and told them I had told them never to send me anything again or charge me again, to refund my money immediately, and how I couldn't log on. Suddenly, I have an account again!
