It took me a long time to work up the nerve to try a boca burger. I had never had a veggie burger or anything like it. I was losing weight using the weight watchers eating system and found out I could enjoy a burger for VERY little points. This is what made me finally try one. ;) It was WONDERFUL. I fix them in the skillet with a little olive oil. I have microwaved them before but don't like them as well that way. If you haven't tried them, you really should!! My entire family loves them.
