On winter mornings, nothing beats a bowl of cooked cereal. Bob's Red Mill high fiber Oat Bran hot cereal is quick to fix -- takes just a minute or two and has a more interesting texture than cream of wheat or those instant oatmeal cereals that come in a pack. Each serving contains 5 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein. With non-fat milk, this is an excellent way to start the day. Eating this on a regular basis, I am able to lose weight in a matter of weeks, and significantly reduce my cholesterol. It has half the calories of cold cereal from a box and is much more comforting and satisfying. It is almost as fast to prepare as instant cereals but is so much more nutritious.
