A realist
If you really want to lose weight, Bob will get you there. He knows what a normal persons life is like. He addresses the everyday issues and road blocks to dieting and excersise plans. He figured it all out for us. — All you have to do, is follow the plan, which is SO doable. Do it all, and you will soon need to be shopping for an entirely new wardrobe and won't be able to quit stopping in front of mirrors. —…
