Bluegreen Club 36 is beautiful, but they gouge you on the WIFI.

We stayed at Bluegreen's Club 36 for nearly a month because we had plenty of points. They pay a lot of attention to cleanliness and I liked that. However, when we had problems, they had a poor chain of command. We could complain all we wanted, but nobody followed up to see if it was taken care of. They have a 'business center' where you can use one of their 3 computers for free, but it's not as convenient as using your own laptop in your room. They didn't have the WIFI set up yet, when we were there, but it was 'coming soon' and would be available for $9.95 a DAY! I think that's a royal rip off. WIFI should be free like TV is. We paid plenty to have the points to stay there and we pay our maintenance fees. It burns me big time for them to charge me $10 a DAY for something I use and need a lot. In their 'business center' you can't go to any place personal like My Space or Classmates. Also, their 'business center' has an insecure connection. I lost ALL my emails while there and stumbled into someone else's Yahoo account because of the lack of security. They let me struggle for a WEEK to figure out why I couldn't get connected to dial up and then the guy who set up their WIFI admitted to me that I would never get the dial up to work because he had configured the phone system in such a way that it would sabbotage any effort to connect with dial up connections! We are Gold OWNERS at that location and we were treated like step children. The fitness center is awesome. I enjoyed the pool and the sun deck. I had to get used to the airport and planes so close, but it was really kind of interesting to watch the planes.

I'll be going there this month and I asked them about the internet being available to the rooms. And they said they are looking for another service provider. Its been 7 months since your complaint and still have not fixed the problem. They told me internet is available on the second floor in some business office. Internet should be free since we are paying Maintanence Fees. We'll see how they treat me this time.
