Blue Diamond
Pecan Nut-Thin Crackers

I have Celiac Disease, which prevents me from eating foods with gluten and wheat in it. I like Blue Diamond Pecan Nut-Thin Crackers because they taste good and have a good flavor. What I like about these crackers is that they are gluten/wheat-free. A cracker is one food that I have missed since I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Best of all there are no trans fat or saturated fat in these crackers.

About The Blue Diamond Pecan Nut-Thin Crackers~
They are a unique, crispy, and crunchy cracker loaded with delicious and nutritious pecans. They are the only crackers made with nuts and baked to perfection. Enjoy with your favorite cheeses, dips, salads, or soups. These crackers come in a 4.25 oz box.

The ingredients in the Blue Diamond Pecan Nut-Thin Crackers are Rice Flour, Pecan Meal, Potato Starch, Expeller Pressed Safflower Oil, Salt, Natural Pecan Flavor, and Natural Butter Flavor (Contains Milk).

My Viewpoint
It is very hard finding foods that are gluten/wheat-free. The price of these foods can run a little higher, but it is worth the cost. You can buy these crackers at any Kroger grocery stores. Blue Diamond has other great flavors like Almond, Smokehouse Almond, Country Ranch Almond, Cheddar Cheese Almond, and Hazelnut.

I would recommend the Blue Diamond Pecan Nut-Thin Crackers to anyone with Celiac Disease and looking for a good cracker to eat with salads, soup, dips, or just to snack on. I give it 4 stars!

My goodness IBS and Crohn's Disease. I tell you reading labels and eating out can be difficult. The doctors thought I had IBS before they diagnosed me with Celiac Disease. Thanks for reading my review and sending me a comment. Good luck! ;-) ~Krista Lynn

Thank you George for pointing out that sentence. I can't believe I did that. Thanks for letting me know.

The first sentence under your paragraph under the heading of Viewpoint doesn't make sense. Do you mean the disease prevents you from eating certain foods? But you are saying it enables .... yada yada
