    Health options are VERY good, great for individuals, Widely accepted, very helpful and kind, broad coverage, Cost Friendly

Cons
    should put back excercise program, No credit for Gym meber

I have used Blue Cross and Blue Shield insurance on and off for many years.  I have always had great success with the company.  This health Insurance company is available in many states and is very well known.  If a claim ever comes back and you have questions you can call and a representatvie is always ready to help you.  I have only really had one concern in the past and it was resolved very quickly.   Blue Cross and Blue Sheild is also one of the most affordable Health Insurance compnaies that is available to individuals and small business.  If you are looking for a great insurnace company for health insurance during this hard economic time, then this is one that you should consider!
