    Bureecratic, Poor policies, Not efficient, Terrible customer service, Biased claim processing

This si one insurance company that I have worked for as well as had their policy from several other employeers. Overall they do often a very large universal network practically including every health care provider known to man kind. They do however have a unique way in establishing policy and often more than not they are made to solely benefit the company. Not to often are acceptions made and even if you would like ot make one it takes jumpting through hoops or knowing someone. The companies structure is often very who you know even in regard to employment and advancement. They put on a friendly front but thier rates are outrageous. I would recomend other plans at any time.
