Blue Cross / Blue Shield Review

I have had Blue Cross for years and never had a problem, actually I never gave insurance a second thought until 7/29/2005. I had a massive injury with multiple injuries that required 10 months of therapy, nerve blocks and finally extensive surgery. Blue Cross took care of everything for me, from meds to follow up appoints. They were great and I would reccomend this insurance company to anyone.
