Blue shield has come up with one loophole after another not to cover things covered in our plan. When I call even the customer service reps can't figure out why things aren't being covered and have to hunt for close to an hour and talk to two other people to figure out why things that have been previously covered are now suddenly not covered. Buyer beware they will constantly raise your premiums and make you fight tooth and nail for coverage especially if you require a lot of prescription medications.
