Blue Cross / Blue Shield Review

  This company is bad and the people that work for them are bad.  My family and I all had blue cross and they always find a way not to pay the claim. 

  I feel this is  a waste of money.  The company is not about service it is about taking your money.  I had a sore throat and they would not pay because I told the doctor that it has hurt on and off on a mild basis for around a year so the company denied the claim and the hospital is now billing me.
