These things saved my diet.  No, really.  I'm trying to cut sugar, but children, I am an ice-cream fiend.  I stumbled on to these in the grocer's freezer, took them home, and was completely impressed.  They don't taste like they're 'light' at all.  The idea here is peanut-butter flavored ice cream with a fudge ribbon, itty bitty peanut butter cups, and a chocolate coating, and every aspect of the bar totally works.  The chocolate coating is smooth and not at all chalky like a lot of sugar-free chocolates.  The ice cream has a rich peanut butter flavor, and, while clearly frothed to within an inch of its life, still has a satisfying feel in the mouth.  The peanut butter cups have a distinct enough peanut butter taste to make them complement the ice cream rather than blend in, and they are salty enough to mimic the taste I have come to expect of peanut butter cups rather than a bland sweetness.
The bars have no aftertaste of artificial sweetener, which is a bonus.

The only problem with the bars is that if you take your time eating them, the chocolate coating tends to crack and fall off.  I solve the problem by eating that part first.  There's more than enough chocolate left inside the bar to set off the peanut butter.

I tried blue bunny. I love it. I love it very much. However, it made me worried. It is a little bit too sweet and too delicious. I have to ban myself from it.
