I got this free from my aunt because she wanted me to have one to use for phone calls though Skype. It was easy to install and it worked immediately after plugging in for the first time. My hubby and I were amazed that it has automatic focusing. Hubby even held the webcam really close to my shirt and we can see the details of the threads. A great webcam. The USB cord is a bit too short though, but its ok since we can use an extension for it. I like the design. Small and compact. I can't put it on top of my monitor (32 inch TV) so I placed a wooden clothes pin through the monitor hook and put in on my desk to prevent it from tipping over.
