The rep I dealt with on the phone was courteous and helpful. Although I didn't see the planter I ordered I am told it is beautiful. Thank you. It meant a lot to be able to send a plant to my Dad when he was in the hospital and I was so far away.Thanks for the making the process easy and for providing such beautiful product.

On April 25th I ordered a gift basket from BLOOMEX to be delivered to cousins whose mom had just passed away.  I asked the agent where they were located in Ontario and she assured me it was in Beamsville where the basket was to be delivered.  I realized I was too late for same day delivery but was guaranteed the gift would be delivered on Monday the 27th of April.  I received emails confirming my order etc.  Monday around noon I received an email stating the status of the order had changed and would not be delivered until Tuesday.  Totally unacceptable.  I called customer service several...

What a scam!  

Bloomex failed to even attempt a delivery (this is after I confirmed with an agent that the order was complete and possible. I also received an automatic confirmation that the arrangement was OK and scheduled).  

Two days later, Bloomex stated it wasn't delivered and that they would have to cancel and charge a $10 cancellation fee! (It was explained to me that the cancellation fee was normally much more, and they were charging me just $10 as an act of kindness).

As that was clearly unacceptable, I asked them to instead try delivery again, and an order did arrive, one week later,...

I ordered from Bloomex for my mother who was recovering from breast cancer. It was December so I ordered her a Large Poinsettia basket. The basket arrived but it was tiny and without the poinsettia.

I sent my complaint and the photo of the substandard basket to bloomex and got no response.

I sent a second email. No response.

Then I Googled the company and see that they had been given an F by the BBB of Canada. My fault, I should have researched them first.

Maybe they are fine if nothing goes wrong but with a bunch of other companies to choose from I will NEVER be foolish and use this unprofessional...

I ordered the bouquet of flowers online for my boyfriend & your guys made me a real hero! I have never ordered the flowers before online... Particularly I like your live online assistance. I liked the confirmation e-mail - it allowed me to notice & phone back & change a small spelling error. You did a fantastic job.

I ordered the flowers for my girlfriend in Toronto. Same day. I was really worried that they will be late, or something like that...But it was awesome!

The delivery was prompt and went without a hitch.  She said the bouquet was beautiful!
