I ordered a classic fruit basket for a friend who was just diagnosed with stage 3 Ovarian Cancer, and she did not receive the bouquet of flowers that was supposed to be in the basket, as my sister was there to see basket when it arrived. I called customer service, and she said I had to get my friend to take a picture of the basket to prove that the flowers were missing. I 'm sorry I am not about to ask her to do that in such a fragile time of her life! The customer service agent told me she was the manager, and they stand 100% behind their policy and that anyone could call in and say they were missing something from their basket... I will never order from Bloomex again- I'm completely disgusted in this moment!
