Sharing a birthday (July 7, 1977) made it for a natural fit, Caleb Hawkins, Fox O'Dell and Gage Turner became the best of friends.  On their 10th birthday, they decied to celebrates the way boys do.  A camping trip out at the clearing called Pagan Stone, they drank the beer Gage stole from his dad, ate the Little Debbie cakes Fox bought at the store and drank the lemonade the Cal's mom had packed.  At midnight they decided to become blood brothers.  After their pack was made, the words were spoken and the blood was mixed, something evil seemed to be released out of the stone like altar and...

This book was fantastic. I can not wait for the nest book to come out. The day after I bought it I finished it because I just could not put the book down. It has romance, mystery, and adventure all wrapped up in one book. Nora Roberts has the ability to draw your attention and make you feel like you are inside the book. I absolutely love it and love her writing.

Nora Roberts is one of my favorite writers and book one in the Sign of Seven Trilogy entitled Blood Brothers is one of my favorite Nora Roberts books to date.

In 1987 three friends united their blood in a ritual oath at the Pagan Stone, and since that day evil has entered the town of Hawkins Hollow.Every seven years for seven days horrible things happen in the once peaceful town. Feeling responsible for their ritual bringing forth these horrible acts, the blood brothers unite every seven years and try to contain the chaos.

Caleb, Fox and Gabe are men now and are joined by three women, Cybil, Layla...

"Blood Brothers" was an AMAZING book. I didn't realize it was a trilogy when I started reading it. It wasn't until I finished and went "Huh?? What kind of ending is that??" that I noticed the relase dates for the next two installments. I was going through withdrawal at first... but I think I'm doing better now. The third book come out in December so I think in November I will reread this, then the 2nd, then the 3rd when it comes out. I would recommend everyone else does the same... do not read this book until the 3rd one comes out, unless you have the patience of a saint. :)

I haven't read a Nora Roberts book in many, many years.  She pretty much left the romance genre while I was still reading only romance.  I have always loved her romances.  My fiance bought me "Blood Brothers" by Nora Roberts for mothers day.  I started the book just before work on Friday and got so ingrossed that I had to finish it.  I finished it by Saturday morning.  I became so intrigued by the story of these three "brothers" and the town that they live in, I couldn't put the book down.  I am now a reader of romantic suspense and romantic paranormal.  This book is definitely falls...

Another great series by Nora Roberts!  I was hooked on the first page and finished it all in one sitting.  The first chapter had me reminiscing about Stand By Me except these boys found much worse than a dead body in the woods!

This book DOES border on the paranormal and has a few creepy scenes, thanks to the great storytelling ability of Nora Roberts.  As an avid horror fan as well, this didn't bother me too much.  My mother who refuses to watch or read anything that will scare her, did read this book and didn't have much of a problem with it.

I am greatly anticipating the next two books...

Perfect Nora Roberts.  She is the Fiction "Diva".  this book will not disapoint you.  Fast pace. clever, and keeps you wanting more.  Can not wait until net one comes out.  Nora Roberts makes her books as real as possible.  You can get lost in the carecters.

Once again Nora Roberts delivers another page turner.  I have hated to put the book down after only a couple of minutes of reading.  I can not wait for the next book.  Nora Roberts always keeps you hanging for the next book in her series
