I haven't read a Nora Roberts book in many, many years.  She pretty much left the romance genre while I was still reading only romance.  I have always loved her romances.  My fiance bought me "Blood Brothers" by Nora Roberts for mothers day.  I started the book just before work on Friday and got so ingrossed that I had to finish it.  I finished it by Saturday morning.  I became so intrigued by the story of these three "brothers" and the town that they live in, I couldn't put the book down.  I am now a reader of romantic suspense and romantic… read full review »

Another great series by Nora Roberts!  I was hooked on the first page and finished it all in one sitting.  The first chapter had me reminiscing about Stand By Me except these boys found much worse than a dead body in the woods!  — This book DOES border on the paranormal and has a few creepy scenes, thanks to the great storytelling ability of Nora Roberts.  As an avid horror fan as well, this didn't bother me too much.  My mother who refuses to watch or read anything that will scare her, did read this book and didn't have much of a problem with it.  … read full review »

"Blood Brothers" was an AMAZING book. I didn't realize it was a trilogy when I started reading it. It wasn't until I finished and went "Huh?? What kind of ending is that??" that I noticed the relase dates for the next two installments. I was going through withdrawal at first... but I think I'm doing better now. The third book come out in December so I think in November I will reread this, then the 2nd, then the 3rd when it comes out.
