Stay Away Lousy Service

    slow shipping, excessive delivery times of over 7 days, long wait for new releases, impossible to get less available movies, Jacked up the price, and cut perks., poor customer service, In store exchanges cost more now, new rate plans are horrid, Dismal response to customers

Blockbuster Online — 

This is one service you want to shy away from, not only do they lie to their customers but they are no bargain.  I know over 100 people who blog daily about the lousy service they offer.  They have a 3 dvd plan and when you sign up for it you will be lucky to get your 2 dvds in a week.  They tell customers they don't process on Mondays, Fridays and weekends.  And when they recive your titles back and they claim it takes two business days for their system to process them so if you send the dvds back on a non processing day you can expect up to a week before the next titles releases.  When you call customer service they offer no help they have a written script to tell customers and thats it.  Go to Netflix and Redbox for your rentals you will glad you did.  Also their online watching is poor....nothing but major troubles just like their financial status customer neware!
