on two ocassions i was told that i did not return my rentals when infact i had. both times i was asked to pay for the "restocking fee." i was very disapointed that they could not keep track of the rentals being returned to them..so much that this happened to me TWICE in less than 6 months.

I_thumb_down Blockbuster Online is not recommended by masaki
