My family and I have been using Blockbuster on-line for approximately 1 year. We switched from another oline movien rental company when I found out that I can not only have movies delivered by Blockbuster but I can also trade them in at the store. This has offered my family and I great large amounts of entertainment on weekends when we have bad weather, are sick, or no plans. I have recieved positive customer service from the online service even when my experience in the store has not been positive, the online service makes up for it. The only con I find at this time is they lowered the benefit of trading in at the store...it used to be unlimited per month now it is limited to 5 per month.
