When we first signed up for this service about a year ago, we thought it was the greatest thing! For $5.99 we could have unlimited movies shipped to our house (1 at a time). When we are done watching the movie, we just put it in the mail or take it to the store to exchange for a free in-store rental. Either way, when they receive the movie in the mail, another is shipped out right away. We usually receive a new movie in about 3 days. We also received 1 coupon per month for an in-store movie or game rental. What a great deal! Well about 6 months ago, they changed all of the plans, but we were not affected by the change unless we decided to change plans. Then about two months ago, they changed the plans and prices again, but this time we had no choice, they were changing our plan. The price went up $2, which is not really that big of a deal, but they cut all of the perks. Now, we can only get 2 movies per month, which we can still exchange for 2 other movies and they took away the free in-store game or movie rental, which was a massive selling point. I have contacted customer service a few times. The first time, they were very polite & seemed as if they wanted to please me. The last two times, it was like they really didn't care if I was their customer or not. We are very strongly considering changing to another company!
