Blizzard - Diablo 2 & Lord of Destruction Expansion Review

Diablo 2 and Lord of Destruction Expansion.

The game is quite old, but I will do a review since Diablo 3 will be coming out later on.

The games story is about your character, you have to save the world from Diablo. You start out as a mere weakling, like any other RPG, build yourself up, find the best gear possible and conquer your way through, destroying the portal to hell. With various quests, different difficulties, and each difficulty has different items that drop.

You have several characters to choose from:

Necromancer: summoning class and poisoning

Barbarian: Dual wielding power, and magic based upon pure damage

Sorceress: Dealing the elemental powers of Ice, Fire & Lightning

Assassin: Her magic consist of the power of actual fighting techniques that can deal physical or magic damage.

Paladin: Using the power of light and Aura's to protect and deliver massive damage.

Amazon: Distant fighter specializes in bows, uses power to enchant arrows to deal magic damage or physical damage.

The game can be addictive at times, and you'll find yourself playing it a little too much. So try to remember to take breaks. The game is mouse and keyboard only.

And you don't have to have a new PC to run it, it should run just fine on a single core with a Geforce FX video card.
