I purchased this bliss fat girl sleep lotion on amazon after having a positive experience with the bliss fat girl slim lotion. I have a slight problem with cellulite on the back of my thighs thanks to my wonderful genetics! So I purchased this cream hoping to firm up the back of my thighs. This lotion is expensive and a huge waste of money because it just straight up does not work. It is easy to follow the instructions and apply. I applied it right before going to sleep at night onto the back of my thighs. The smell is nice, it has a lot of lavender undertones which is also supposed to help you fall asleep! It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave my skin sticky or greasy. I consistently used this product on the back of my thighs every single night until the jar was empty but I did not see any results at all. My cellulite is still there and hasn't seemed to be improved at all which is disappointing because I would have liked to have smooth thighs. Overall bliss fat girl sleep is a very overpriced body lotion.

I purchased the Bliss Fat Girl Sleep lotion thinking that it probably wouldn't do anything to firm my rear, but still really wanted to try it (and since I had a 20% discount coupon figured now would be the time to give it a test). I used the Fat Girl Slim lotion in the morning and the Fat Girl Sleep lotion at bedtime. I simply could not believe the results! True, I am not overweight and have only a little bit of ripple on my rear and upper thighs, but I am still surprised by how much better I looked! Of course, part of it is that I have been doing stairclimbing, walking, and squats while I have been using the lotions, but I do think the Bliss products helped a little with the toning. I've noticed reviews on other sites that say the lotion does nothing. I did rub in the lotion with a hard plastic body massager. I think this helps to increase the blood flow to the area and probably works better than softly applying it with only your hands. It may hurt a lot more with the massager, but the results are worth it to me. Oh, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth with a pleasant lavender scent!

Ok first of all you have to know that NO cream or pill is going to make cellulite disappear or go away or melt off .. The only way to remove cellulite is with liposuction. There is NO topical or oral product that will get rid of it. Now that we have that out of the way... What this product does do is make the cellulite less visible. It smooths out the skin and the dimples seem to disappear since they are smoothed out more. FatGirlSlim smells absolutely amazing!!! I cannot get enough of the scent. It is a lavender scent, but not just your typical lavender.. there is also something special to it. I am not sure what it actually is but it smells amazing. This cream hydrates so very well and makes your skin feel unbelievably smooth. I actually use it as an all over body lotion because I love it so much. It is expensive though, so keep that in mind. I love it as my number 1 pampering product. I do splurge on this special treat just for me because I feel that it does do exactly what it claims to do and I love the way it makes my skin look, feel and smell. It is truly heavenly! I recommend this if you would like to change the appearance of your cellulite or even if you just want to pamper yourself and feel good. I'd recommend it as a gift as well since it is such a nice product to use in general, but with the name - FatGirlSlim - your recipient may get the wrong idea and think you are trying to tell them something ..

Fat Girl Sleep Body Lotion - don't we all wish?!  I know Bliss is making a killing off of this product (the price is outrageous), but think how much they would make if this really were a miracle in a bottle.  I actually like the product and use it regularly (I figure it can't hurt).  I like that the lavendar should aid in relaxation, as this product is made to be used at night.  However, I cannot say that it works.  To be fair, I have not taken any measurements or before-and-after photos, but I certainly have not noticed any change.  Note: I also use the regular "day" formula, which has little scent and has a cooling sensation.  And I use Love Handler.  And the Bliss Slimulator.  I don't have *much* cellulite to begin with, thank heaven, but these products are, much to my disappointment, nothing but a waste of money.  Oh what a wonderful world this would be if I could sit on the couch, eat potato chips, and rub lotion on my body to stay thin!  :)

i work out vigorously and eat a healthy diet but still have some cellulite that will not disappear. i have tried everything short of surgery and have had an array of results. bliss products have usually gotten rave reviews and i decided to try out the fat girl sleep. the smell was not unpleasant but it wasn't very pleasant either, the cream was oily and even after finishing the tub, i did not see a difference.
